Workforce Housing
Homes your best people will actually want to live in
Mezzo builds premium work camp housing for remote mining, pipeline, and infrastructure projects — private, fully furnished homes that help you recruit, retain, and look after a skilled workforce.
Beyond the bunkhouse
Today’s skilled workers have choices, and camp conditions are part of the offer. A bunk and a shared hallway won’t win the people you’re competing for.
Every Mezzo home is a private house — full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, smart TV, workspace, and an exterior deck. After a long shift, your people close their own front door. Rested, comfortable crews stay longer, perform better, and tell other good people where to apply.

Move-in ready from day one
Every Mezzo home arrives designed, furnished, and fully stocked — from appliances and cookware down to the linens and laundry detergent. No other builder does this.
For project managers, that means no outfitting phase and no gap between installation and occupancy. When the homes arrive, your crew moves in — and your project stays on schedule.
Built for the north. Built to move.
Mezzo homes are engineered for remote Canadian conditions: 100-year construction, durable low-maintenance materials, and a proprietary spray-foam building envelope rated NBC Tier 4 by Efficiency Manitoba. The result is draft-free comfort at -40 and the lowest operating costs in the category. All homes are fully electric, solar-ready, and suited to off-grid operation.
And when the project ends, the asset doesn’t. Mezzo homes transport by truck or rail, so your housing moves to the next site — or converts to rental stock.

Turn-key from factory floor to front door
Mezzo handles everything. We build your homes in our indoor factory in Selkirk, Manitoba, configured to your project — from 5 to 50+ units in one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio floor plans. We plan the site with you, prepare the ground, install the homes, connect water, power, and sewer, and complete roads, parking, and landscaping. An optional multi-purpose building adds space for administration, dining, or recreation.
Your team stays focused on the project. We deliver the camp, commissioned and occupancy-ready.
A partner your procurement team will appreciate
Mezzo Homes is a Métis-owned builder — a meaningful advantage for projects with Indigenous procurement commitments, impact benefit agreements, or federal supplier diversity targets. We’re relationship-driven, we stand by our work, and we build every home to the same premium standard, verified by third parties like Efficiency Manitoba.
