We also prove it. Every Mezzo home is rated NBC Tier 4 and verified by Efficiency Manitoba — a third-party certification we pursue by choice, not requirement.

Mezzo is owner-operated and Métis-owned; our founder’s standard runs through everything: hire professionals, starting with our skilled tradesmen who are the backbone of our company. Our homes are engineered and architecturally designed, our interiors professionally decorated, our processes built for continuous improvement.

Every Mezzo home serves two groups: the people who live in it and the community, company, or operator accountable for it. Residents get a beautiful, comfortable, fully furnished and stocked home — arrival-ready down to the linens and cookware. No other builder does that. Buyers get housing delivered on schedule, commissioned, and complete, from a partner who stays connected long after the keys change hands.
We’ve never found a conflict between those commitments. When homes respect the occupants, they perform for the people who bought them.

Canada’s housing strategy now points squarely at what Mezzo already does: modular and prefabricated construction, ultra energy-efficient homes, low-carbon operation, and production that scales. Our small-footprint homes are factory-built in Selkirk, Manitoba — the geographic centre of the country — and ship by road or rail to rural, remote, northern, and urban sites alike.
