We are happy to announce a new development of Mezzo Homes in Gimli Manitoba! With only a few lots currently available, don't wait long to reserve your new Mezzo Home!
Mezzo Homes offers young families, first time home buyers and home owners looking to downsize a beautiful, viable option on a smaller scale. Mezzo's modern design and 3 interior colour schemes allow each home to be unique based on your own personal style while providing all of the standard comforts of home.
Absolutely! Mezzo Homes have been built with prairie winters in mind. We have had many people live in their Mezzos over multiple Manitoba Winters of temperatures down to -50° C and have never had issues of freezing. These homes are very well insulated, have whole-home in-floor heat, a forced air fan at the front entrance plus the ducts throughout the home are able to heat and circulate warm air through the HRV system.
We appreciate the amount of interest we have in building a Mezzo Community in Winnipeg! Unfortunately our Mezzo Homes are quite wide and require a minimum of 50 feet of frontage. Since most vacant lots in the city are closer to 30 feet of frontage it has not been a possibility. Lot prices in Winnipeg are also much more expensive and our goal has been to create affordable, top quality homes. However, we are always on the lookout for any potential opportunity in and around Winnipeg.
No, these modular homes are actually built with 2x6 construction on piles. Our unique exterior look comes from our James-Hardie fibre cement siding and metal roof. We have designed these homes to be as maintenance free as possible. Both our siding and roof materials have a lifespan of 50+ years reducing costs for homeowners substantially over the course of home ownership.
