We provide one- and two-bedroom floor plans, along with a universal-accessible home suited for all stages of life. All our homes are move-in ready. Mezzo constructs an optimized 10-unit micro community, typically on a 1.4-acre site, designed to meet your needs.

The Mezzo Community comprises 10 homes tailored to your needs, plus an additional multi-purpose central building ideal for program delivery, administration, and group activities. We install all infrastructure and services within the site (water, electricity, and sewer) for cost-effective construction and industry-leading energy efficiency.
Options for added security are available, including gated perimeter fencing, keypad entry, and shatter-resistant window panes.

Mezzo Homes assists communities that need help with funding applications, such as CMHC and CFS programs.
