Our innovative 100-year ready-to-move (RTM) homes offer high-quality, affordable, and highly energy-efficient housing solutions. Our homes deliver the lowest energy costs, with solar options available.
We offer one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as a universal-accessible home for all life stages. All of our homes are move-in ready.
Mezzo builds an optimized 10-unit micro community, typically on a 1.4-acre footprint, configured to meet your needs. Delivery is usually 6 months from order to occupancy. Contact us for our current delivery schedule.
Project management to see it through
Our team has experience working closely with donors, and we support your entire development process. Project management is included with each Mezzo Community. We keep you informed throughout the construction and installation process. Mezzo Homes is relationship-driven – we stand by our work and remain connected with you and your community long after the project is complete.
Turn-key solution, literally
The Mezzo Community comprises 10 homes tailored to your needs, plus an additional multi-purpose central building ideal for program delivery, administration, and group activities. We install all infrastructure and services within the site (water, electricity, and sewer) for cost-effective construction and industry-leading energy efficiency.
Options for added security are available, including gated perimeter fencing, keypad entry, and shatter-resistant window panes.
Administrative support when it’s needed
Mezzo Homes supports communities that require assistance with funding applications, such as CMHC and CFS programs. We maintain a strong working relationship with these organizations. We have an in-depth understanding of the funding process, having worked directly with many communities on housing projects.
