All you need is a 250×250 foot lot with services running to the site, and we take care of the rest. Mezzo builds your 10 homes in our indoor factory, configured to your requirements. We prepare your site, ship and install the homes, plus a multi-purpose eleventh building perfect for administration, group dining, or a social space. We install sewer, electrical, and water systems, and build roads, parking, and landscaping within the site. Our experienced Mezzo team handles project management, allowing you to focus on your business.
Mezzo homes are designed for easy ownership using durable, low-maintenance materials. Our proprietary building envelope, featuring spray foam insulation in the walls, roof, and floors, makes our homes virtually draft-free and has earned a rating of NBC Tier 4 by Efficiency Manitoba.
