Project management to see it through
Our team has experience working closely with Housing Directors of Indigenous communities, and we support your entire development process. We can help vet proposals and set up your housing management program. Project management is included with the Mezzo Community. We keep you informed throughout the construction and installation process. Mezzo Homes is relationship-driven – we stand by our work and remain connected with you and your community long after the project is complete.
Turn-key solution, literally
The Mezzo Community comprises 10 homes tailored to your needs, an additional multi-purpose building, and infrastructure (water, electricity, and sewer) for cost-effective construction and industry-leading energy efficiency.
Options are available for added security, including gated perimeter fencing, keypad entry, and shatter-resistant window panes.
Administrative support when it’s needed
Through our partner, XX Consulting, Mezzo Homes supports communities that require assistance with auditing and compliance for CMHC, CFS, and ISC funding applications. We maintain a strong working relationship with these organizations.
We have an in-depth understanding of the process, having worked directly with many Indigenous communities on housing projects.
